Automated Blossom is intended to demonstrate how technology will never perfectly imitate nature or work with the environment without causing it harm. This art piece is not practical, it’s an example of something made by a person for selfish purposes. Composed of recycled & non-recycled products, each being by-products of capitalism and environmental polluters. It exemplifies how people cannot have both, we need to choose which we prioritize more, consumerist products or the health of our natural world.
